Can you provide special care or medication administration for my pets?
Yes, we can discuss any special requirements or requests as needed. For example, does your pet need to take medicine with their food? I can provide this care for them as needed.

What happens if my pet becomes ill or injured while I am away?
If your pet becomes ill or injured in our care, I will assess your pet’s condition, contact you, and work with you (or your emergency contacts) to create an action plan. If you/they are unavailable, we will refer to the Veterinary Care Authorization form you completed for us. We will always contact your preferred vet(s) first. If it is after hours or they are unavailable, we will seek emergency clinic care in the area. You can be well assured that your pet would be cared for in an immediate and urgent manner, as we would care for our very own pets.

Can I meet you before booking?
Yes, absolutely!
We’re happy to schedule a meet-and-greet before your first booking. It’s a great way for you and your pet to get comfortable, ask questions, and see if we’re the right fit. Just reach out to set up a time!

Where will my pet stay?

I live in a non-smoking house. We have 1 resident dog and 1 resident cat. We have a large fenced-in yard for the pups to run and play in. I live with my 3 children ages 12-16. We allow dogs on the furniture and beds. We do potty breaks approximately every 2 hours.

Will you be home all day?

Yes, I’m home most of the day and available to care for your pets. Occasionally, I may step out for a dog walk or to pick up my kids from school. During those times, I use a camera system to monitor the pets remotely. On major holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter, I make sure to check in on the pets at least every 3 hours to ensure they’re safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
