Service Description
Our Whisker & Wag Check-Ins are perfect for pets who need a little love while you’re away. We’ll stop by for potty breaks, fresh water, meals, meds, or just some snuggles and play. Whether it’s a quick mid-day visit or a comfort check while you're out, your furry friend gets the attention they need—and you get peace of mind.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy - All services require an advance booking through our online portal, phone, or in person. - A valid credit card or deposit may be required to secure your reservation. - New clients must complete a pet profile and provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations Cancellation Policy Daycare & Playdates: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Boarding: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the check-in date. Late cancellations may result in a fee equal to one night’s stay. Holiday Periods: A non-refundable deposit may be required for bookings during peak seasons. Cancellations within seven days of the booking will forfeit the deposit. Waitlist Policy If your preferred date is fully booked, you can join our waitlist at no charge. We will notify you as soon as a spot becomes available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once notified, you will have a set timeframe to confirm your booking before the spot is offered to the next client on the list. These policies ensure fair scheduling and allow us to provide the best care for all pups in our facility.
